The United States and other world leaders stand by that comprehensive proposal that President Biden laid out 10 days ago.

We are working to do that. Obviously, in the countries that have been on the receiving end of coups, there are some limits that we have to abide by.

We have managed to move to a better trajectory politically to get back to a clearly mandated democratic government.

We will make, as we have, other arrangements in other places to make sure that we can conduct the necessary missions to ensure our security.
