I can't go into the details of our conversations today except to say that our Egyptian counterparts were in communication with Hamas as early, as recently as a few hours ago.

The extremely wrongheaded decision by the ICC prosecutor yesterday... complicates the prospects for getting such an agreement.

The bottom line is this: We want Ukraine to win.

We have done and we will continue to do everything we can to, if we can do it, develop the information and share the information.
