That statement is incorrect.

Because of the actions we have taken the United States is stronger economically, diplomatically, and militarily than we were 3 years ago.

That is an enormous return on our investment and essential for competing with China around the world.

I agree wholeheartedly with the short litany of items that you listed in terms of what China is doing to try to pursue its military, economic, diplomatic, preeminence or dominance in the world and across the board.
