I agree wholeheartedly with the short litany of items that you listed in terms of what China is doing to try to pursue its military, economic, diplomatic, preeminence or dominance in the world and across the board.

There is no question that countries around the world prefer to work with us.

We can use these instruments to facilitate the private sector playing the role.

It is vital that we provide a better choice, and we do that by doing a few things.
