In the Middle East, we are standing with Israel and its efforts to ensure that what happened on October 7 never happens ...
We are also asking Congress to fully fund the State Department's educational and cultural exchanges.
We have impressed upon Israel time and again the imperative of really bringing a determined focus to this.
This has to be, and it is for us, a number one priority.
