Antony Blinken: “The main point I want to drive home here today is that America’s work in Afghanistan continues.”

That statement is incorrect.

We assess that Hamas has recruited almost as many new militants as it has lost. That is a recipe for an enduring insurgency and perpetual war.

Today, Secretary Blinken said that, now, they mostly want to see is 'people being able to return their homes.'

The response we got was unfortunately not the yes that we were looking for. A yes that virtually the entire world has given.
