We have managed to move to a better trajectory politically to get back to a clearly mandated democratic government.

The response we got was unfortunately not the yes that we were looking for. A yes that virtually the entire world has given.

The bottom line is this: We want Ukraine to win.

In an era of renewed great power competition we must present the strongest possible offer.
