Antony Blinken: “We have been very clear. We have been consistent. The war will be concluded by the end of 2014.”

The response we got was unfortunately not the yes that we were looking for. A yes that virtually the entire world has given.

Today, Secretary Blinken said that, now, they mostly want to see is 'people being able to return their homes.'
