It is not what the--reclaiming my time, that is not what the legislation says. What the legislation says is that almost every stage, from the top of the military operation to the bottom there, has to be American commanders. That is not occurring in the Korean theater at the moment, and under this legislation it leaves in real question whether we can continue to operate in Korea.
