This disaster declaration is a strong step toward bringing federal aid to Connecticut following severe floods last month.

There’s no excuse for this administration disobeying the law and withholding this funding.

I am thrilled that this $584,250 in federal funding will allow for 1,510 additional final resting places for Connecticut veterans, ensuring families have options for their loved ones for years to come.
