After all the years I’ve spent working on this issue, I could never for one minute trust the NCAA to police itself.

There’s no excuse for this administration disobeying the law and withholding this funding.

It fails to provide for adequate enforcement.

It’s illogical, illegal, intolerable — and that’s in effect what the court found.
