I am concerned that by enforcing regulations on only one part of the world's seafood supply, the market is really placed at-risk as a result of fraudulent and illegal activity by leaving space for wrongdoing and perpetrators of seafood fraud and human trafficking--human trafficking is a tremendous threat around the world--to continue illegal activities by harvesting fish outside the rules designated group.
