The Navy has been deployed more than 250 days without coming ashore in over 200 days, setting a record for consecutive days at sea.

Taken together they present a clear picture of a fatally flawed process that cannot and will not protect American voters.

I urge you to abandon this ill-conceived, unconscionable plan and ensure that all Americans can exercise their constitutional right to vote, including by mail, without interference by USPS.

The main takeaway for me is that the Postal Service has designed a system to disenfranchise millions of Americans.
