The use of military, whether it's the National Guard or the Marines, can be inflammatory and provocative.

Putting someone in that role who’s been approved for a different job is a thumb in the eye of the Senate.

It seems to me that someone dropped the ball here to let this person get released.

The point is, we don't know. Anybody who says we know with certainty is making it up.
