The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (H.R. 3187) to require the Secretary of the Treasury to mint coins in recognition and celebration of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the March of Dimes Foundation. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
