The White House is really responsible for circumscribing the witnesses, limiting the time, refusing, at our request made last Monday, the Senate Democrats gave him a list of 25, including Dr. Blasey Ford and Judge Kavanaugh and Kerry Bircham who should be interviewed at a minimum.
Blumenthal accuses the White House of restricting the scope of the investigation into Kavanaugh.
