I need to follow up with an additional question, and then my colleague from New Jersey is on the floor to ask a question. On the issue of Second Amendment rights, which Senator Murphy has just pointed out so well, that is the law of the land. There is a Second Amendment right for law-abiding people to buy and possess firearms. But is it not true that in these measures, we are talking about people who are dangerous and who are recognized to be dangerous? That is why they are on the list. And there is also a right on their part to remove their names from that list if there is an error or a mistake of fact that has caused them to be on that list without good reason. So these measures that bring us to the floor today acknowledge and recognize the importance of that Second Amendment right, and the potential impact of our opponents in their arguments against it--saying that there is a lack of due process and that the people will be denied that Second Amendment right--is really mistaken. Is that not correct?
