Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the consideration of H.R. 5059, the Clay Hunt SAV Act, which was received from House and is at the desk; and further, that the bill be read three times and passed and the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate. I will proceed at the conclusion of any remarks by the Senator from Oklahoma and the Senator from Ohio. The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Is there objection?
