I mentioned the distinction that there was in Judge Gorsuch's comments on the privacy cases versus Brown in the way that he acknowledged that the privacy cases were decisions of the Court, and he declined to say whether or not he thought they were correct, and Brown v. Board of Education, which he said, in effect, was correctly decided.
