Mr. President, I just want to add--and I thank Senator Blackburn for her excellent summary and argument--about this reference to social speech: We are dealing here with social media companies. This proposed rule of construction, in effect, would destroy the bill. That is the intent here, and we are not going to let it happen. I object. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The objection is heard.
