“I am proud to be here as a former U.S. attorney and the chief Federal prosecutor in Connecticut. Her voice could not be heard directly, but her mother, Yvonne Ambrose, came to our committee and talked about her beautiful daughter, whose life was lost as a result of sex trafficking. She was killed after she was raped and after she was sold.…”
