If they have a very sick infant and go to the emergency room, and in the opinion of the health professional, the prudent opinion of the health professional, that infant needs certain care, that infant can have the care that they need on the word of the health professional, as opposed to the prudent layperson's standard that pertains to me, if I were in pain or another adult if they were in pain.
