Congress has both the moral obligation and the constitutional authority to pass our D.C. statehood bill.

That is just--you cannot do that because they have got to report early, and that is the way to stop it and really secure the agricultural sector of our economy.

I think this is a unique moment in history where the American people are so fed up with the two parties
