on April 30 to May 2, 1994, more than 1,200 students from 47 States and the District of Columbia will be in our Nation's Capital to complete in the national finals of the We the People . . . The Citizen and the Constitution Program. I am proud to announce that the class from Trumbull High School, our State winner, will represent Connecticut in the national finals. These young scholars have worked diligently to reach the national finals by winning local competitions in Connecticut. The distinguished members of the team representing Connecticut are: Jean Baiardi, Jeffrey Burns, Ashley Coyne, Jessica Devine, Lisa DiDomenico, Brian DiStassio, Jaime Felberbaum, Dana Heitlinger, Alison Kelly, Erin Kelly, Julie Klunk, Cheryl Konopka, Roudabeh Latifpour, Ricardo Luzietti, James Maricondo, Steven Merrick, Bianca Milazzo, Brian Noehren, Rena Paris, Matthew Park, Perry Rountos, Matthew Sewell, Erica Silverman, Sara Usilton, Sujal Vaidyam, David Weisman, Sondra Weiss, Bret Wiener, Stancey Wilcoxson, and John Zbell. I would also like to recognize their teacher, Rita Altieri, who deserves much of the credit for the success of the Trumbull High School team.
