I thank Senator from Alaska. I thank him for the promise he has made and for the suggestions he has offered. There are some matters on which we have big disagreements. There are others on which we clearly do not. We have made some suggestions today that we can work out over the weekend which will improve the bill. Most of all, I want the Senator from Alaska to know that we always listen to him whether he shouts or not.
