Mr. President, I want to talk, just for a minute, about this imbroglio in which we find ourselves over the Trade Preference Act, the Andean Trade Promotion and Drug Eradication Act, the trade promotion authority and trade adjustment assistance, and the Generalized System of Preferences. I do not intend to take a lot of time, except to note that this is a very serious issue.
