We made a commitment to these people. We didn't live up to it. It's time to finish it.

It was a small step for mankind but a large step for Congress.

We're the United States of America. Remember the words on the Statue of Liberty about the masses yearning to be free.

I hope that my skepticism about it is proven to be an overreaction and not well founded.
