we are asking the Vice President to direct the National Security Council to review all strategic biodefense documents.
It was a small step for mankind but a large step for Congress.
The Department of Agriculture I gather is in the final stages and close to issuing a rule on reportable animal disease.
The military is way ahead, in our opinion, of what the Department of Homeland Security has in the BioWatch program.
