I think this is a unique moment in history, where the American people are so fed up with the two parties and the two logical probable candidates that they're going to welcome a bipartisan unity third choice on the ballot.

If Congress were to formally authorize something that exists now, the National Veterinary Stockpile, that would send a strong message that this is a necessary national asset.

I hope you Members of the Committee in this session will similarly rise to the challenge of this moment and this problem and work together to get something good and great done for our country.
