Tools to fight terrorism, as I would call it. As you said, parts of it are very controversial. As an individual Senator, probably a lot of it I would support, but I particularly appreciate the Senator's conclusion here because neither the Senator from Arizona nor I want to come into a situation where we are getting this bill's fate swept up in controversial amendments. I look forward to working with the Senator and members of both caucuses to pick out the parts that there is general agreement on, and I believe there will be a good number of those, and make the bill stronger and then get it moving to adoption.
