I agree. I was thinking when Senator Chambliss said you were messengers that you should be assured that this is a subcommittee where we do not kill the messengers.

Part of the problem there has been--and this goes to early warning and intelligence--how do you stop an outbreak, of either a bioterrorist attack or naturally occurring, from spreading.
