It goes back to the colloquy the Senator from New Hampshire and I had, which is, when we capture an enemy combatant, we do so for two reasons: One is to get that enemy off the battlefield, the second is to gather intelligence. Sometimes the second purpose is more important than the first because it can lead us to other plots against the American people.
