General Lennox and General Phillips, how has the current M4 carbine performed in theater?

It is our responsibility here in this committee to understand what those challenges are so we can better advocate for you.

What is possible there? That we would adapt those designs to our own use, or that we would actually purchase from them?

We desperately need a replacement for that, and we think we are on a good path for that as well.
