I would just add to this debate about the 30 hours that it is going to be a reality, and I would say this: Senator Boxer, Senator Warner, and I are going to be on the floor. This is an important matter. I think most important to the reality we now face of the 30 hours of debate is that our colleagues, no matter what their position on this legislation, should come to the floor, let's debate it, and then let's go to the amendments.
