the majority leader filed cloture on the cyber security bill today. As a result, the filing deadline for first-degree amendments to S. 3414 is 1 p.m. on Wednesday. I want to indicate to my colleagues that we continue to work on an agreement on amendments to the bill which I hope we can reach. If no agreement is reached, the cloture vote will be on Thursday. ____________________

I think this is a unique moment in history, where the American people are so fed up with the two parties and the two logical probable candidates that they're going to welcome a bipartisan unity third choice on the ballot.
The claim that President Trump had no authority to order this attack without constitutional approval is constitutionally untenable and practically senseless.
