I thank the gentleman from Utah. I know that he is a man of great integrity and respect, and I understand the dilemma that he is placed in in terms of the Rules Committee. It is my understanding and hope, and we will work with the committee of cognizance because we do think, with so many people having signed on to this bill and so many people watching and knowing that there was good-faith agreements on all sides--and this is not about finger- pointing or blame. This is about helping these kids out. It's about helping these families out. I'm not here to obstruct the process, you're right. I raised the point of order so I would have an opportunity to talk about the Kenyons, not about the point of order. But that's the only tool that I had available to me, and I will continue to proceed down the road. And I know that I will be joined by Members on both sides, and hopefully we can have the will of the House be known and not rely on the Senate in the process of conference. I reserve the balance of my time.
