John Larson: “Where in the Constitution does it say you need 60 votes to pass a bill?”

Take everyone out of it and say to the public, you have three people who have never served and one person who will be a full chair of a committee that’s dealing with an issue that’s going to impact all 330 million Americans.

We are going to come in as a full committee chairman, not as some freshman in Congress with some assignment.

We need to elect Democrats who are currently in the minority, but I agree.

I’ve called for his impeachment because of his defiance of the Constitution.
