I am honored, as well, to be joined by my colleagues from Connecticut, and want to especially thank the gentleman from Connecticut (Mr. Simmons) for organizing this. The University of Connecticut at Storrs is in the heart of the Second Congressional District. I thank, of course, the gentlewoman from Connecticut (Mrs. Johnson) for joining us as well. The University of Connecticut's women's basketball team is special to the State of Connecticut. They are virtually embraced by all of our citizens, and there has been a love affair in the State of Connecticut with this team. As most of you and everyone knows, throughout the Northeast the winters can get pretty severe, and this was no exception. But the Huskies, both the men's and women's teams, bring extraordinary delight into people's homes all across the State of Connecticut.
