What we are dealing with here quite frankly is congressional neglect, or better stated, congressional malpractice.
Congress needs to act. We are the committee of cognizance. We need to act on behalf of the people we are sworn to serve.
How many people are in that area of earning over $400,000, and is it fair that someone who is making 30 or 50 or $75,000...
