Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Cartwright), who has been key as an original cosponsor of the Social Security 2100 Act and also for his passion about the people in his district who are in such need of Social Security to make sure that it is there today, tomorrow, and in the future.
