I thank the gentlewoman from Massachusetts. I yield to the gentleman from Connecticut (Mr. Courtney). Together, we have gone across the State of Connecticut as we have talked about Social Security and its importance and significance. Nobody understands it better, especially its impact on teachers and firefighters and police officers and municipal workers who have long been prevented through WEP and GPO. Under this bill, that all changes because of his efforts.
