This time-sensitive, bipartisan bill would reauthorize the Long Island Sound Restoration and Stewardship Act.
I think this is really a helpful exercise to sort of tease out, again a lot of the issues.
They do not care about--they are not stakeholders, they are not coaches, they are not there to see how this program fall...
