Just really quickly, it is true, yesterday that notice went out scheduling that panel. I would just note, that is the third time the department has sent out such a notice, and they have canceled the prior panels. We will see whether or not it actually happens in January. We are in the third year of this administration, after a GAO report, again after statistics and hearings, where we have asked questions of the department to move on this, and frankly, we are talking about adopting OSHA's own guidelines in the interim standards. This is not some farfetched, radical proposal. It is their own recommendations about how you can safely and effectively reduce workplace violence. Madam Chair, I yield 2 minutes to the gentlewoman from Oregon (Ms. Bonamici), a great member of the Education and Labor Committee.
