Really quick, on page 11 of the bill it specifically states that the plans proposed to be adopted by OSHA would ``be tailored and specific to conditions and hazards for the covered facility or the covered service, including patient-specific risk factors and risk factors specific to each work area or unit.'' That is not one size fits all.
