I rise as the designee of the gentleman from New York (Mr. Zeldin), and I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: TITLE IX--ADDITIONAL PROVISION Sec. 901. None of the funds appropriated by this Act may be used to enforce section 540 of Public Law 110-329 (122 Stat. 3688) or section 538 of Public Law 112-74 (125 Stat. 976; 6 U.S.C. 190 note). The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 460, the gentleman from Connecticut (Mr. Courtney) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Connecticut.
