The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of title X, insert the following new section: SEC. 10018. FARMED SHELLFISH AS SPECIALTY CROPS. Section 3(1) of the Specialty Crops Competitiveness Act of 2004 (7 U.S.C. 1621 note; Public Law 108-465) is amended by inserting ``farmed shellfish'' after ``fruits,''. In the table of contents in section 1(b), insert after the item relating to section 10017 the following new item: Sec. 10018. Farmed shellfish as specialty crops. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 271, the gentleman from Connecticut (Mr. Courtney) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Connecticut.
