I just wanted to cover an issue which again, it has been another sort of topic over the last two or three Congresses for this subcommittee, which is that Air Mobility Command recently acknowledged safety issues associated with the legacy four-bladed propellers on the C-130H fleet and signed off on a plan to upgrade.
