The fact is, as I am sure you know, G20 conferences, governments now are talking about trying to sort of harmonize regulation in this, and at some point, somebody has to move here in terms of trying to at least show the way that we are just not going to be powerless and helpless in terms of forces that--again, small businesses and farmers are getting killed in terms of trying to keep up with costs that again just have nothing to do with real supply and demand, as you said.
