Page 4, line 4, strike ``opened''. Page 6, line 21, insert ``or'' after the semicolon. Page 7, line 5, strike ``; or'' and all that follows through line 12 and insert a period. Page 42, strike lines 15 through 19 (and redesignate the subsequent paragraphs accordingly). The SPEAKER pro tempore.
