This is the latest installment in Chairman Nunes' sort of one-man operation to try to damage, throw mud on the FBI and the DOJ, all in service of calling into question. Bob Mueller's investigation and of course trying to provide some, any substantiation to the crazy charge of so long ago that the Obama administration was somehow spying or wiretapping the Trump campaign.

Mr. Speaker, I want to take just a minute here to address the question of the Fourth Amendment. Every Member in this Chamber swears an oath to support the Constitution, and it is important in this debate to remember that all of us care…
The only right answer here, Margaret, the only right answer, and I don't have a lot of confidence that it's going to happen, is that the President says, you know, 'oops, that was a mistake,' and pulls the Bill Pulte appointment.
The president has now assured through this appointment that the single most important intelligence collection tool... is probably the worst appointment into the intelligence community I have ever seen.
